Refund policy
At Bark & Nibble, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, please review the following:
Refund window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
Eligible refunds: We accept refund requests for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Please contact us at support@barkandnibble.com with a photo of the item.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, opened pet food, treats, and grooming products are not eligible for return.
How refunds are issued: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection, as our products ship internationally and return shipping is not practical.
